The next regular Board Meeting has been rescheduled for Monday, May 19, 2025, at the Stuart Community Center from 6:00-7:30 pm. Members are encouraged to attend the Open Floor portion of the meeting from 6:00 to 6:30 pm.


Our Community Yard Sale will take place on Saturday, May 31, beginning at 7:00 a.m.

 

Attention Residents:

Are you interested in making your monthly dues payment via ACH (Automated Clearing House)?

Check out the link below for the Authorization Agreement. There is no fee to you for using this service. Payments are transferred from your financial institution into the Middleton Estates HOA account at Members 1st Credit Union.

Residents and their guests enjoy creek access for fishing, wading, kayaking and tubing in the Conodoguinet Creek which abuts the community park. Middleton Estates is located in North Middleton Township, Cumberland County, South Central Pennsylvania.
