 These are our current By-Laws recorded with the county at the Cumberland County Court House.   This is the exact copy that you as a homeowner will receive when they purchase a home.

 Resale Certificates can be requested by contacting Middletonestatesboard@gmail.com.   The Association will issue this Certificate along with our Covenants and Restrictions, our By-laws, and our Membership Agreement, which includes instructions for payment of monthly dues.

Middleton Estates does charge for the Resale Certificate. There is a $200 HOA initiation fee charged to the Buyer at settlement.

The Buyer will need to complete the Membership Agreement at or prior to settlement.  The Title Agent is responsible for returning the completed Membership Agreement to the Association, along with the $200 initiation fee and any outstanding HOA dues.

 The Minutes from each Monthly Board Meeting are reviewed and approved at the Board Meeting immediately following and posted to the website. The Minutes from each Annual Homeowners Association Meeting are reviewed and approved by the members at the next Annual Meeting and posted to website.
